    GENERAL GAME RULES

    Game Format

    Round Mode, 5 Points, No item, Hidden HP, No Late Join, Compensation Enabled

    Map - Lost Temple

    Winning Conditions
    - Best of 3 Matches

    Equipment Settings

    All competitors will be using custom characters that are equipped with full sets of level 16 Rare quality
    equipment of the corresponding class. Armor upgrades are left at +0, while weapon upgrades will be +7.

    Participants must not disassemble, upgrade, alter or tweak the provided equipment in any way.

    Competitors are only allowed to use their custom tournament characters during the tournaments itself.

    Any items and/or gold found missing from the assigned custom tournament characters results in a
    mandatory inventory wipe of that competitor’s personal account.

    Any equipment found to be altered with any enhancement or prefix from the assigned custom
    Tournament characters will result in immediate disqualification.

    Match Procedure

    National Qualifiers

    Participants from each National Qualifier are to report on scheduled date.

    Singapore - 24 March 2012
    Philippines - 31 March 2012
    Malaysia - 7 April 2012

    All matches will be conducted at the scheduled date.

    An email will be dispatched to all participants

    Fringe Event

    Winners Bracket Round 1/2/3/4 & Loser Bracket Round 1/2/3 Matches

    Team Leaders are expected to contact the opponent’s Leader via email to arrange for their match at an
    agreed date and time.

    All matches will be given a specific amount of grace period for arrangement and conclusion.

    At the end of all matches, the team leader is responsible for taking screenshots of the results and
    sending them to pvp@cherrycredits.com.
    Screenshots not provided within the stipulated time frame will result in disqualification for both teams
    in the bracket.

    Quarter Final Onwards Matches

    Tournament matches will commence according to the scheduled date and time. It is the responsibility of the
    Competitors to keep themselves informed and updated on the tournament schedule in order to avoid any
    delay or default loss.

    The designated teams are to report to the Game Marshall during the stipulated time via MSN at
    pvp@cherrycredits.com
    Each team will be represented by their Team Leader regarding all matters.
    If a team is unable to contact its members on the tournament day(s) itself, the Team Leader or Team
    Representative must inform the Game Marshalls.

    Code of Conduct

    All participants are to conduct themselves in professional and lawful manner, displaying good sportsmanship
    and proper respect to other players and admins throughout the competition.

    Team Leaders will be held responsible for the conduct and behavior of their teams.

    A team may be disqualified if any of its members commits any one of the following acts:

    • Refusal to abide by the Tournament Rules
    • Exhibiting profanity
    • Harassment of any kind
    • Displaying unsporting behavior
    • Providing false or misleading information
    • Fraudulent activities

    In the event that a Game Marshall is not present when any of the above acts occurs, the match has to be
    played as normal till the end, and the replays/screenshots to be provided to the Admins for investigation.

    Investigation Requests

    For any complaints and problems that may arise, competitors may request an investigation to be conducted
    by the Admins. Competitors making such a request must provide adequate reason and enough evidence.

    Requests with inadequate reasons or insufficient evidence will be dismissed.

    All decisions made by the organizers and/or admins are final.

    GAME PLAY RULES

    General Rules

    Exploitation of the game through any means (3rd party programs/bugs/etc.) warrants immediate
    disqualification. No disputes will be entertained by the admins. Ignorance is not a defence. Competitors are
    expected to know what is within the boundaries of the game.

    Competitors may only communicate via the Party Chat during matches.

    Item Restrictions:
    -No usage of Heraldry or Accessories

    Definition of "bugs":
    - Anything abnormal which will give a competitor/team an unfair advantage.
    - Anything which will cause interruption/fatal error to the game.

    Cheating (Disqualification):
    The use of any kind of cheats is strictly prohibited. No 3rd party programs are to be used.

    Regardless of any situation, even if a competitor is exploiting the game, (with the exception of disconnection
    issues; see Disconnection Issues) each tournament match has to be played till completion. The replays/
    screenshots are to be sent to the Admins for investigation after the match has ended.

    Failing to comply with any of the above rules and regulations will result in either a warning or disqualification
    from the tournament.

    Disconnection Issues

    In the event that both teams experiences unforeseen connection problems that disconnects and prevents
    them from continuing the tournament match, the total elapsed game time and total game points scored
    would be recorded by the Game Marshall(s) overseeing that match.

    After the issue has been resolved and both teams are ready, a new room would be created by the Game
    Marshall(s), and the match will continue on with the time and game points remaining where it was left off, as
    recorded by the Game Marshall(s).

    In the case of intentional disconnections, the Game Marshall(s) may decide to conclude and end the match;
    with the offending team awarded a loss by forfeit.

    For all other forms of player disconnection, the Game Marshall(s) and the Admins reserve the right to either
    restart the match, or determine the match outcome based on a case-by-case basis.

    The organizers shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances arising from network or
    technical difficulties. All teams are requested to settle any disputes and irregularities in an amicable manner.
    The participating teams may contact the Game Marshall(s) and the Admins when in doubt.

    RULES OF PARTICIPATION

    A team would be immediately disqualified from the tournament if it fails to appear in any one of its assigned
    matches.

    All Participants are required to have valid identification documents upon registration. Teams that are unable
    to provide the necessary documents will have their applications rejected and no refunds will be given.

    Please note on the following restrictions when creating your team names.

    1. Sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive language vulgarity are not allowed.
    2. Using of names associated to Game Master or Shanda Games employees or representative of Shanda Games in an attempt to mislead public by indicating that you represent Shanda Games or any of Shanda Games licensors or affiliates is not allowed. (For example: Team GMAdriano, Team Shanda)
    3. Names in violation of intellectual property rights Names that associate with trademark, copyright or any propriety rights. (For example: Team Playstation, Team Motorola)
    4. Use of special characters in name.

    *The organizers reserve the right at any time to change, amend or withdraw any of the Rules and Regulations as they deem fit, without prior notice. Changes in rules, if any will be reflected on the website accordingly.
