Please allow us to express our apologies to everyone who have been waiting by their computers for the new Big 50 Patch content. It was a difficult decision for the team to extend but we felt it was necessary to ensure the final round of testing on the live service goes smoothly for everyone.
While service may have resumed, we would like to bring your attention to a new in-game bug affecting all Lv.40 Spiral and Vortex Pouches, that credit players with Lv.32 Codes instead. Please refrain from opening the Lv.40 Pouches now!
The developers, EYEdentity Games, are currently working on an Urgent Game Patch to resolve this issue and we expect this to be ready within the next 48 hours.
