Enhancing Game Security For All
Posted on Jul 3, 2012 In our effort to enhance Dragon Nest SEA's game security and experience for all, the team has located several individuals who may have:(1) Game accounts accessed by third parties, or
(2) Engaged in illegal activities
As such, we have temporarily suspended these game accounts for verification purposes.
Duration: 5 years
Reason: Verification Required
If you believe your game account is affected in this exercise:
(1) Contact Cherry Messenger
(2) Email gardener@cherrycredits.com with a scanned front and back copy of your Identification Document (e.g. NRIC, Birth Certificate, Driving License, Passport) [Email Subject Title: Dragon Nest SEA Verification - (IGN)]
If you do not own a scanner, camera shots are accepted; the details on the document must be clearly seen to aid in our verification process.
